Explanation - To get the porpose of this section, " non-forest purpose" means the breaking up or cleaning of any kind of forest property or portion thereof for(a) the farming of tea, coffee, spices, rubber, palms, oil-bearing plants, horticultural crops or therapeutic plants;
any goal other than reafforestation;
but is not packed with any operate relating or ancillary to conservation, creation and managing of jungles and creatures, namely, the establishment of checkposts, fire lines, wireless communications and construction of fencing, connections and culverts, dams, waterholes, trench signifies, boundary signifies, pipelines or perhaps other like purposes. 3.
