ostmodernism was a movement that commenced in the 1960s that affected every forms of fine art and books of that time frame. Postmodernism used modernism and it sought to obstacle the concepts and ideals of modernistic theatre, modernism was formed to shake up theater, introducing fresh theories of science and technology to explain the world, although postmodern theatre raises more questions than supplying the answers for the audience. Modernism created a вЂgrand-narrative' whereby there is only one that means which will be told to the audience. Postmodernism broke down the вЂgrand-narrative' when Jean-FranГ§ois Lyotard wrote La Condition postmoderne: Rapport en deambulant le savoir (The Postmodern Condition: A study on Knowledge) (1979), this individual came up with the thought of micro-narrative that allows the audience to come up with many connotations.
